- **Event Description**: RESCHEDULED: Join Tia and Katie at Columbia Point Park on August 7th at 6:30pm to unleash your sacred rage. If you’re feeling all your feels like we are, what better way to spend a Saturday night than to let it all out. We will start in the park with a meditation for grounding and creating a safe container. We’ll take a short walk down by the river to process and release our fiery emotions. Scream, cry, growl, bang a drum, throw some rocks (into the river), together to release and support each other. Afterwards we’ll have some chocolate and some time to decompress. 

Bring your journal, water, and drum (or instrument of your choice) if you have one. 

$10 per person suggested donation. 
Respond “Going” to this event, cash or Venmo accepted for donation.
