Looking for the perfect spot to capture a holiday memory?
RCL has partnered with Seyanna Grace Photography to offer holiday family photos at no cost!
Photos can be taken in front of our festive fireplace, oversized Christmas tree, or in front of the library’s picturesque building.
Photography session & digital photos are free!
Each family will receive a 5-minute photo session with the photographer. After which, 1-2 digital photos will be processed and sent out to each family via the registration email.
You must register for a timeslot for this program. Walk-ins are not guaranteed accommodation.
How Registration Works:
- You must register for a specific timeslot.
- Each family will receive up to 5 minutes with the photographer.
- Since timeslots will be broken down into 10 minute increments, you have a 5 minute buffer period to arrive and ready yourself for your headshots. WE STILL RECOMMEND THAT YOU ARRIVE EARLY.
On the Day of the Event:
- When you get to the library, come to the main floor desk.
- Check in with our staff by providing your name and timeslot.
- Bathrooms with mirrors will be available for last minute touchups.
- A staff member will let you know when the photographer is ready.
- All participants will be allotted up to 5 minutes with the photographer.
How Will You Receive Your Photos?
- 2 of your best photos will be sent to your registered email after the event.
- Please allow for up to 2 weeks for the photographer to process and send out your images.
- Since these headshots are free, there is no retake option.
