2nd Course - Crawfish Bisque

3rd Course - Shrimp, Okra, & Crab Gumbo

4th Course - Blackened Catfish with Collard Greens & Red Beans and Rice

5th Course - Beignets with Buttermilk Ice Cream and Raspberry Coulis
