1 Chicken Stracciatella with noodle – tender chicken,
chicken stock, celery, onion, egg drop and noodles.
2. Smokey Paprika ham and bacon flat bread –
mozzarella, parmesan, black forest ham, crispy bacon,
caramelized onion finished with smokey paprika sauce.
3. Au Poive chicken and Blackberry apple sauce – pan
seared chicken coated in fresh crushed black pepper,
topped with Blackberry apple sauce.
4. French Green Lentil Filet Mignon – French green lentils
with sausage, bacon, celery, onion, carrots and garlic
served with a grilled sous vide filet mignon.
5. Strawberry blueberry buttermilk biscuit – Macerated
strawberry and blueberry served over flakey buttermilk
biscuit and homemade whip cream.
