For one night only, Big Mama's Soulfood Kitchen is taking over The Social in Richland to host an intimate evening for 25 guests. We're gathering around one long table to share stories, laughter, and a feast that feeds the soul.

Your Culinary Journey Includes:

· The Welcome Sip: House-made Spiked (and non-alcoholic) Sweet Tea Punch

1. Crispy Fried Catfish Nuggets with Comeback Sauce

2. The Revivalist Salad (Tomato, Avocado, Cucumber, Red Onion, Lime Vinaigrette)

3. Watermelon-Lime Sorbet (Palate Cleanser)

4. Shrimp Étouffée with White Rice

5. Soulful Collard Greens (served as a course)

6. Cabernet-Braised Oxtail over Sweet Potato & Goat Cheese Grits

7. Pacific Northwest Five-Cheese Mac & Cheese (served as a course)

8. Peach Cobbler Bourbon Bread Pudding with scoop of Vanilla bean Ice Cream

· Welcome Drink: "Peach & Sage Smash" (Bourbon or Non-Alcoholic)

· Beer: A solid American Pale Ale on tap. It's versatile enough for the catfish, étouffée, and mac & cheese.

· Red Wine: One single, robust Syrah/Shiraz or Zinfandel. Fruity enough for the early courses, bold enough for the oxtail.

· White Wine: One single, dry Chenin Blanc or Pinot Gris. It has the acidity and body to handle the salad, catfish, and spices.

· Non-Alcoholic: Iced Tea, Sparkling Water, and a featured Mocktail.

The Vibe: Intimate, warm, and conversational. Expect great music, family-style passing of plates, and the feeling of being at a special Sunday dinner with good company.
