Getting to Know Your AR- 2 DAY CLASS

This course seeks to convey a comprehensive foundation of knowledge about the AR-15 rifle such that the owner gains complete confidence in their ability to safely operate and maintain this firearm. To gain this level of comfort the student will learn in a classroom setting a brief history of its development, its design and operating principles, ammunition design and types, basic ballistics and calibers, maintenance, and optics and accessories.

The student will leave knowing how to zero their weapon, a firm foundation of basic marksmanship concepts and confidence to hit targets from the bench rest and standing positions. A Rifle Shooting handbook is included in the course as well as a course completion certificate.

This is an 8 hour course, split between 2 days, each day is 8:00am-12:00pm.
