Ruffle Cosmetic Case

Learn to sew while making something beautiful and practical! In this beginner-friendly class, you'll create a cute and trendy zippered cosmetic bag, complete with a playful ruffle detail for extra flaire.

Learn how to make a simple boxed zipper bag - can be used to hold manicure supplies, make up, sewing supplies, etc. The twist on this bag is you will learn how to make a cute little ruffle in a contrasting fabric, install a double pull zipper, some machine quilting, boxing corners and finishing exposed seams.

A kit is included with the class, but please bring the following with you to class.

WHAT TO BRING: Sewing Machine in good working order (including walking foot, regular foot, and zipper foot), basic sewing suplies (clips, pins, snips), 12-18"" ruler and your Turning Tool
