In this Samatha Vipassanā (Stillness Vizulation) meditation retreat, Sayalay Sucitta will guide participants in the traditional Theravāda practice of Samatha-Vipassanā. Through sitting and walking meditation, participants will learn how to relax the body and mind, observe the breath, and establish mindfulness. The practice will also include reflection on the 32 body parts and kasiṇa meditation, aimed at deepening inner clarity and tranquility.

Guiding Teacher: Sayalay Sucitta
In 1996, she entered the Fo Guang Shan Monastic College for Nuns, dedicating herself to meditation practice.
In 2005, she began studying Vipassana meditation.
In 2012, she traveled to Myanmar and Malaysia to study the Pa-Auk meditation method.
In 2014, she went to Na Uyana Monastery in Sri Lanka to deepen her practice of Samatha and Vipassana meditation.
Since 2016, she has been committed to teaching Samatha-Vipassana meditation and applying it in daily life.
