Join us for a monthly Acu-Meditation for Healing, a gentle, woman-centered experience created to support women navigating pregnancy loss or other forms of emotional trauma.

Led by the clinical staff at TARI—Victor and Isabella— this 90-minute session combines guided meditation with light acupuncture using the 5NP protocol, which supports the body’s “Rest & Digest” nervous system. The experience is designed to calm the body, quiet the mind, and create space for healing.

This offering is for women 18 and up. No prior experience with acupuncture or meditation is needed.

Session Details
Date: Hosted on the 3rd Wednesday of each month
Time: 6:00–7:30 PM
Location: Texas Acupuncture Research Institute1651 N Collins Blvd Suite 130, Richardson TX 75080
Capacity: Limited; advance registration is required

Light refreshments will be available following the session.

There is a suggested $10 donation, collected on-site, to support the TARI Foundation. No one will be turned away for inability to donate. All are welcome.
