Join us for a day of learning, reflection, and connection as we explore how to lead and serve with courage and care in this season of change. Together, we’ll practice ways to protect our energy, use our voices with confidence, and build trust across our churches and communities.

This free event includes a welcome luncheon at noon.

Dr. Major Boglin, Director of Diversity and Cultural Engagement, will open the session and introduce our guest presenter, Amervis López Cobb, MBA, PMP, PCCP, a nationally recognized Transformation Architect™ who helps organizations build psychologically safe, equitable cultures where everyone can thrive.
