Come join us for Authentic Relating at Dallas Meditation Center. This is a family-friendly edition: All Ages Welcome!
Authentic Relating is a relational practice where we learn how to better connect with ourselves, being present and real, and deepening our connections with others. We use different exercises and games, both verbal to nonverbal, to help foster awareness, curiosity, and connection.
During each session, we will interact in pairs, small groups, and with the full group. This is a great space to gain confidence in public, to learn new tools to share your truth, and to cultivate more enriching relationships.
We start each session with our Authentic Relating Agreements. These are practices that help to create a brave container for people to explore vulnerability and share their authentic selves.
Come as you are, but ideally comfortably dressed.
$20 per session, pay at the door.
