Veterans Transformational Retreat

This Transformational Retreat is for Veterans & First Responders. Working with the insights from horses, we learn about our perceptions & beliefs form our behaviors & thoughts. We reframe the beliefs to promotes mental & emotional well-being. Gaits of Hope's programs have provided a 70% reduction in PTSD, anger, isolation, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts,depression & improved lives.
