You’re invited to join us for a Connection Trip in the wild and beautiful landscapes of Asturias, North of Spain. A place of ocean cliffs, forests and mountains.

This experience is an invitation to slow down and reconnect:

✨ with yourself (beyond the thinking mind and the physical body)
✨ with others, through shared presence, movement, and communal living
✨ with nature, through time by the sea, in the mountains, and in quiet natural spaces

Rather than a packed retreat schedule, this trip is designed to offer space, simplicity, and depth, allowing connections to unfold naturally.

 What we’ll share:
• Daily morning movement, yoga, and meditation rituals
• Beginner-friendly Contact Improvisation classes & jams
• Guided walks along beaches, forests, and mountains
• Sauna and camp fire evenings
• Time exploring Llanes and the dramatic coastal Bufones (natural sea geysers)
• Communal living and shared meals, including some meals cooked together as a way to bond

Optional activities (depending on group interest):
• Surfing
• Eco-construction session
• Trip to Los Picos de Europa (hiking or Via Ferrata)

? The place

We’ll be staying near Llanes, in a unique space rooted in ecological living and community. Accommodation will be shared between a beatiful wooden house, a yurt, a magical tree house, and a wooden zome structure. There is a beautiful dance/movement space where we’ll gather for practices and Contact Improvisation.

Who is this for?
This trip is for adults who feel called to: 
• slow down
• move and explore through the body
• spend meaningful time in nature
• experience connection 

No previous experience in Contact Improvisation is needed.

Dates: 25th February - 1st March (with an option to stay extra nights to allow for travel, get in touch to arranage this)

Group size: 10-15 participants
