Since 1981, NCVRW is celebrated every year in April to unite crime survivors, victim assistance, justice professionals and communities across America to pay tribute to victims.This year's West Valley memorial event will take place on Monday, April 20, 2026, from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. It will be located at Sunrise Church - Rialto CampusThere will be resource tables available both before and after the memorial program, so please come early or plan to stay after to visit the tables.Families wishing to display a photo of their loved one are kindly asked to bring a framed photo no larger than 8 x 10 inches.There will also be a memorial event in High Desert on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
