Colouring Dreams is a Social and Emotional Learning program designed to help children develop research-based skills to cope with challenges, boost emotional intelligence, strengthen relationships, improve behavior, and much more!

How will this program help your child?

While there is often a strong focus on children’s physical health, their mental health is equally, if not more, important. Low emotional intelligence—also known as Emotional Quotient (EQ)—can negatively affect a child’s wellbeing. Research has shown that EQ is even more important than IQ in determining success in life, including personal achievements and healthy relationships.

By developing emotional intelligence through our program, children gain vital skills to understand and manage their emotions, navigate social situations, and build resilience—all essential for thriving in growing up.

Children in our Colouring Dreams program will learn to:

• Recognize emotions in themselves and others
• Understand and communicate their feelings effectively
• Listen to and empathize with others’ emotions
• Build and maintain healthy relationships

Enrol your child in our Colouring Dreams program today and let them experience the many benefits of art & music therapy and emotional intelligence development. This engaging program consists of 10 weekly sessions, each lasting one hour, designed to nurture essential social and emotional skills in a supportive and creative environment.

We will start on February 4,2026 until April 29, 2026. (Wednesdays).

5.00-6.00 pm - 5-7 years old

6.00-7.00 pm 8-10 years old
