On Thursday 4th December at 3:00pm, I will be holding a Guided Meditation & Sound Bath in honour of the Cold Moon — the last full moon of the year and the final one I will be offering until I return in Spring 2026.
The Cold Moon invites us to let go of the weight we do not want to carry into the new year.
Through gentle guided breathwork, visualization, and the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, solfeggio frequencies, and chimes, we will soften the body, settle the mind, and create space for renewal.
This is a closing of the year — a quiet moment to come back to yourself before winter calls us inward.
