- **Event Description**: Don't let winter blues keep you from playing with your horse. Clinic #2 from our winter furthering education series is all about circles, lateral work and anything else our clinician wants to throw at us to keep us on point for upcoming show season. This clinic is $65 per rider and each session will be an hour and 30 min. Depending on weather it may be held in the indoor arena. Each group will be no more than 5 riders. Spots are limited, please get on the list ASAP. IN HOUSE STUDENTS TAKE PRIORITY OVER PUBLIC.

Lauren Fritsch grew up in the heart of horse country in Maryland and found her passion for training early on, starting her first horse from the ground up at age 12. She rode in the hunters for 10 years, and competed through the National level with IEA. While completing her PhD in Neuroscience at Virginia Tech, Lauren took a part-time position as an instructor at a local barn and found her love for eventing. She now resides in King George, VA and teaches and trains part time at Equivalent Exchange Equestrian Academy. As a scientist, Lauren integrates insights from physics, anatomy, and other aspects of biology to help riders understand the “how” and “why” of riding. She emphasizes very correct foundational flatwork that builds both horse and rider confidence for leisure and competitive riding in all disciplines.
