7:15 PM – Keynote Speaker: Honorable Judge Mary Sowinski
Newly elected to the Oneida County Circuit Court, Judge Sowinski brings 25+ years of legal experience and a passion for second chances. Her work emphasizes personal accountability, treatment, and recovery-focused justice.
