- **Event Description**: These practice sessions are for practitioners of lomi lomi. Anyone who has taken a course or workshop and given a lomi lomi session is welcome to practice.
Each session has a central theme and the practice will focus on that theme.

The first practice session will focus on the theme of backstrokes. And the many different ways of doing backstrokes. 

Schedule: 
House opens at 12:30. 
Event starts at 13:00 with opening Sacred space.
13:15 Warm up with Chanting and Flying.
13:45 Setting up the benches
14:00 -17:00 Practice session, after demonstration, participants take turns practicing the various strokes and techniques. Participants are encouraged to share how they do. This is hands-on interactive practice, everyone will watch, feel and practice each of the techniques.
17:00-18:00 Sharing circle, a hui hous.
