- **Event Description**: We are so excited to announce a special 5-week Social Dips & Leans class starting April 1st! 🎉 This class is designed for both Lindy Hop and WCS (we might as well exploit those genealogical similarities) and is designed for beginners (anyone who has completed a Level 1 class in Lindy Hop or WCS) and more advanced dancers.❗️You do not have to dance both Lindy Hop and WCS, one is enough. We will spend time going over how to do these moves in both styles 😊

The schedule for the class days (April 1, 8, 15, 20 (a Monday), and 29) is:

🔹 18:00-18:30: Open practice/warm up. We will open Tunglið and if you want to come and warm up, or if you have questions about or want to practice anything we learned in class, then this is your time. At least 1 teacher will be present to help you out 😊

🔹 18:30-20:00: Social Dips & Leans class! In this 90 minute class we will make sure we cover all the technique to 1) safely do dips & leans in both Lindy Hop and WCS that you can use in social dancing and 2) time them perfectly in the music to become as cool as possible 😎. Note: this class will not allow drop-ins and will not have a free trial week. If you have questions about the contents of the course, talk to one of the teachers.

🔹 20:00-22:00: Mixed swing social dance with 2x Lindy Hop songs, and 2x WCS songs. It will be possible for drop-ins for the dance night for 1.000kr (paid at the door).
