Ready to slow down, release tension and support your nervous system in a gentle, evidence-informed way?

ROLL &amp; REST YOGA is a 6-week course designed to reduce stress, support recovery and help your body shift from “fight or flight” into “rest &amp; digest.” Each week we combine fascia roll &amp; release, Yin yoga, acupressure, breathwork and restorative rest.

You’ll learn simple tools you can reuse at home to support sleep, pain, mobility and everyday wellbeing.

Optional in two sessions: acupressure plasters / ear seeds to deepen relaxation and support the parasympathetic response.

This course is for you if you:

? feel stressed, tired or have trouble winding down
? carry tension in your body: neck, shoulders, jaw, hips, back
? want tools for nervous system regulation and better recovery
? prefer a calm, non-competitive class with lots of options

No previous yoga experience needed.

? 6 guided classes (9 hours total)
? All equipment at the studio (Tune Up balls &amp; props)

About your teacher – Camilla Strandmark

Camilla is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher specialised in Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Medical Yoga, Roll Model and Yoga for Cancer. She is also a meditation teacher (MBSR &amp; MSC), a medical acupuncturist and a specialist nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience.

Her passion is creating safe, grounding spaces where ancient practices meet modern medical science – helping you release tension, support recovery and restore balance in the nervous system, one breath at a time.
