This session is an invitation to listen to your own story through your body, while letting the mind rest.

You’ll be guided through Intuitive Movement, dancing or moving with your eyes covered to help you go inward and listen more fully. There is space to explore, release, and simply be. Each session is different and based on the particular topic.


A carefully curated playlist will support your journey, helping you drop out of your mind and turn into your body 🎶
