I will gently guide you inspired by taiji, qi gong and contemporary dance to come into a deeper contact with your body so you will get to the state of more conscious move flow. 

I love to implement taiji practice principals into a dance and everyday life. It can bring a new perception of our center, coordination and yin-yang harmony in playful way. 

I am a multi genres fusing artist perceiving life itself as an art expression. Let’s shift our relationship to own body this way.
