- **Event Description**: In this workshop we explore Bhagavad Gita, one of the most profound and influential texts in yogic tradition. We will familiarise ourselves with the text and the teachings it offers and make an attempt to witness them through our direct experience in meditation.

Bhagavad Gita dives into some fundamental questions every human has to face: What is my purpose? How can I be happy? How do I deal with emotional pain, suffering and death? - and suggests a clear course of actions aligned with yogic philosophy.

The workshop is lead by Svetlana Álfheiður and will be held on March 3rd at 5 pm. It includes readings of chosen paragraphs, contemplation, discussions and guided meditation practices to deepen our understanding and facilitate the embodiment of the teachings. The workshop is taught in English, costs 5.900 kr and spans 120 minutes with 2 intervals.
