Wolves symbolise intuition and freedom. They represent the need to come together whilst also encouraging self-reliance. They teach us to trust our instincts and embrace our true selves.

This course connects us with the wolf spirit as we quest to find our shadow self and ask it 6 questions.

These powerful questions are set to show you what you are really saying to yourself underneath all the brain chatter. They are set to show you your truth. They are set to help you release the old and make way for a new direction. One that feels free and empowering.

We will use psychological techniques, breathwork, symbolic rituals and guided journeying/visual work to connect us to our primal wisdom, the wisdom of the shadow self, our sub conscious self. We will then listen to its wisdom as it shows us the way to releasing the old thinking to make way for the new.

Are you ready to hunt with your classroom wolf pack? A pack that works together to protect and support? Are you ready to find out what’s beneath your brain chatter? To set yourself free from hiding, doubt and fear? If yes, then join us, and together we will release the howl from your own inner wolf and call in the new energy. It is waiting for you.

This course is mind medicine and as such it is a powerful medicine, it is deep work. Your pack leader is a strong wolf who has led many packs before. Trained in counselling with 16 years of experience. This wolf leader knows how to hunt, stay safe and feed the bellies of all.
