while we walk we connect and take in the beautiful world of nature 

we are in our own place so no public can disturb us. we will take in the woodland site open heart meditation and then start to move within the space of nature to music. 

there are 8 places available and payment must be made upfront. of just £8 this is to pay for your place for the venue. so booking is essential call Emma on 07845098759 to book your place. 

after we come back as a group reflect and have a picnic so please bring food, water and a blanket.
