Mat Pilates: 30-minute all-levels mat pilates session designed to strengthen your core, improve posture and mobility.

What to expect:
In addition to a unique, fun movement in a supportive environment, practicing both aerial silks and pilates show improvements in:
- Functional mobility
- Overall body strength and flexibility
- Posture and body awareness
- Confidence

Optional add-on: While this workshop is for adults/teens 15+, we are offering intro to parkour class for ages 6-14 for an additional $15 per child.
