LAD Fair 2026 Sorting Day

Deliver ALL student entries with completed entry forms attached, as well as completed category sheets. ALL ENTRIES are accepted today, as well as all related scholarship entries and required forms. Doors open at 3:00PM and are locked at 4:30PM. Please plan on staying to sort the entries that you deliver. Anyone who can is welcome to stay after the doors are closed to help finish sorting mailed entries.

Remember that all art entries, categories 74-80, will be picked up on Judging Day tomorrow.

Additional directions regarding parking and drop-off will be posted at a later time.

All requests for purchase orders and invoices were due by March 2nd, so those are not accepted today. Instead, bring your cash or personal/school checks for membership payments.

Have your membership form filled out online before arriving, or be ready to step out of line to fill out your membership form and take care of payment before turning in and sorting entries. The online form will be posted later.
