This live concert will support Resounding Love, a multiracial, interfaith and LGBTQIA-embracing social-justice choir.Since 2020, Resounding Love has created a haven of radical love and inclusion for its wildly diverse membership and audiences, many of whom are populations on the very fringes of our community. We sing to the incarcerated, those experiencing homelessness, immigrants and refugees, and others who are forgotten and marginalized.Within our choir, we celebrate and learn from our incredible mix of race, gender (including gender identity and expression), faith and spiritual tradition, neurotypicality and neurodiversity, dis/abilities, background and belief, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and more. Our motto is 'love is our default,' a revolutionary stance in a time marked by rancor and division. We recognized that those components were a sense of family, loving and inclusive messages, and African-American musical genres (spirituals, gospel, R&B, and civil movement / protest songs). While our current incarnation is a Seattle-based choir, the spoken word, dance, the visual arts, and other forms of expression contribute to our collective transformation and healing." } ] } ] ```
