Fee for this program is $45 per person, payable by cash or check. Space is very limited, so please reserve your place by calling the site at (518) 463-8738. Deadline: 3/18. Snow-date: Sun. 3/22.

This workshop will be led by Erin Czernecki, a local historian with 13 years of experience, training and hearth cooking experience. She has attended numerous workshops in hearth cooking at Genesee Country Village & Museum and Historic Deerfield and has presented historic food demonstrations at historic sites and conferences.
