The Practice Lab - An Experimental Workshop in Self-Designed Yoga

In this workshop we come together in the spirit of honoring ourselves and our personal needs in yoga.
Step onto your mat and expect to curate the personal practice that is exactly right for you, your body, your style, and your limitations.

We will use a series of techniques to help you navigate, with precision, the options best suited to your unique personal practice, helping you to design your own without the overwhelming feeling of having too many choices.

**This is an experience in autonomy, guided gently. It best suits the student with some yoga experience, or knowledge of poses and yogic breathwork practices. Knowing how yoga tends to progress and how it has previously felt in your body will give you the tools you need to work thru cultivating your practice blueprint without constant instruction. We want you to have the best and most organic experience you can!
