Neurographic Intuitive Art with Tanya James

Art can be an amazing tool for healing, giving your mind an outlet to process and release stress. Local creator Tanya of Tanya James Intuitive Art is joining us for this hands-on workshop that introduces adults to the meditative and creative practice of Neurographic art!

You'll explore how flowing colors and organic lines can reduce stress, unlock creativity, and create striking abstract compositions. This practice involves blending fluid liquid watercolors with bold Sharpie linework. Through simple artistic practices, you can help yourself take a deep breath and step away from the daily stresses of life.

No prior art experience is needed! Just a willingness to experiment and enjoy the process. Join us for a relaxing artistic evening, and give yourself a new tool to tackle stress.
