***THIS WILL BE A ROLLING EVENT*** in which you can come and get your measurements taken, meet some of the coaches, ask any questions, and more! Workouts and Blood donation are totally optional!

*In-person measurements will be available during Orientation. If you cannot attend today's Orientation, there is another BRIK Orientation at our Sparks location on Saturday, August 29th 8am-10am! However, we also will provide everyone with directions and a how-to video to get measured at home if necessary, in our BRIK Welcome email (and you can always ask a Coach to measure you before/after class).

Kaia FIT Sierra is a women's fitness and nutrition program with two locations across Reno-Sparks that are accessible to all members and BRIK participants. We feature online and in-studio classes, including Cross-Training, Resistance Training, Barre, Lift, Yoga-Pilates, Cycle and more.
