We would like to welcome you to Reno for AEMA Annual Meeting 2025, the longest running, and second-largest annual mining convention in the U.S.

We're honored to host an exclusive gathering of our close friends and industry peers for our first AEMA Kickoff & Mixer at the National Automobile Museum in downtown Reno. A special thank you to our hosts!

Catered food and drinks
Free shuttle service via Reno Tahoe Limousine is provided every half hour from 5:30-9:30 pm (see details below).

SHUTTLE SERVICE DETAILS
Free shuttles will be operating between the Nugget Casino Resort (Nugget Avenue entrance) and the event at the National Automobile Museum (Museum Drive entrance).
Shuttles will make round trips between the hotel and the venue every half hour between 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. (look for the event name in the bus window)
Anyone still at the National Automobile Museum after the last shuttle departs at 9:30 p.m. will need to arrange for alternate transportation.
