Toy & Winter Clothing Drive

Donations accepted through Friday, December 12 at 5 p.m.

During the holiday season, CAMP Rehoboth is partnering with the Rehoboth Beach Bears and the Kiwanis Club of Coastal Delaware to host a community toy and winter clothing drive**. Community member Paul Christensen kickstarted the drive in 2008, and it’s grown to bring cheer to hundreds of local families and organizations in need. The CAMP Rehoboth Outreach Program (CROP) will once again help to organize donations to this year’s beneficiaries.

CAMP Rehoboth, Diego’s Bar & Nightclub, Rehoboth Beach Main Street, Freddie’s Beach Bar & Restaurant and the Auto Gallery in Lewes will serve as drop-off points for donations through Friday, December 12 at 5pm. There will be several opportunities to donate at the Rehoboth Beach Bears’ upcoming events at Diego’s (December 5), Yesterday’s Fun in Rehoboth (December 7), and at Above the Dunes (December 13); and to donate at the Kiwanis events at Diego’s over the Thanksgiving Weekend, among others.
