Sundays June 8th to 29th 10:30-11:30am Beginners Silks $80 If you have done an intro class already then this class is for you. This class builds on the foundational moves to progress into more challenging moves while continuing to work on building strength and flexibility.

Thursdays June 5th to 26th 6-7pm Intro to Sling - $80 This 4 week class requires no previous experience. This class is a great way to develop strength and stamina for other apparatus as well as a super cool apparatus on its own. It is a hanging hammock set up that supports the body while exploring movements starting from the ground and working upwards. 

Saturdays June 7th to 28th 10:30-11:30am. Intro to Silks $80 This 4 week class will introduce the basics of working with the silks. It will start building the upper body and core strength needed, along with leg and shoulder flexibility, while learning the foundation movements for this beautiful art form.
