Join Deacon Eric and Melissa Gurash of Emmaus Mental Health Ministries for a practical, faith-filled morning focused on tools for conversation, accompaniment, stress management, and self-care. Through prayer, reflection, and discussion, participants will gain confidence in reaching out with compassion and learn where to turn for support and resources.
