- **Event Description**: Join us for a night of FUN (beginner friendly) backgammon.

This is NOT match play and NOT a typical tournament.

Each player will be scheduled 3 - 30 minute slots against three unique opponents.  30 minutes should give enough time for 2 games.

The doubling cube is NOT in play.

Points will be awarded as follows:
1 point for a win
2 points for a gammon
3 points for a backgammon

At the completion of all 6 games, top 4 scoring players will advance to the semi-finals (1v4, 2v3).
Winners will play in the final.

Players not in the  playoffs will be invited to stay and play additional matches for fun if they wish.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 4 finishers (provided by Pumpjacks).

Cost is $20 payable by e-transfer or by making arrangements to pay Deron or Tamara cash in advance of the event.  100% of all registration fees will be donated to Carmichael Outreach through www.pwyf.ca

You will only be considered registered once you have completed the registration form (https://forms.gle/f5uBHnaMum6BeNdV6) and paid your registration fee.

Registration fees are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person.
