Andrea welcomes you to a mini-retreat designed to help you deeply recharge and reconnect with yourself. Students will dive into a slow unwinding yoga practice designed to uncover hidden tension, moving into deep restorative rest as the session progresses. Andrea is also excited to share some new favourite Restorative poses with you as you journey in your practice.

for the Restorative class each student will need a minimum of one bolster, one strap, something to cover their eyes, two blocks and 5 blankets.

Handstands

Handstanding is one of the safest inversions to practice and can teach us a tremendous amount about ourselves while mastering this fun pose. Come out and learn how to begin handstanding and refine your balance, taking you further away from the wall. Those who are comfortable can also try further advancements in the centre of the room. Come out and learn the techniques and benefits of this powerful and fun practice!

If you have wrist or shoulder injuries, it is not recommended that you sign up for this class, otherwise, anyone, including beginners, is welcome!
