Cheryl specializes in supporting those who have experienced the pain of narcissistic abuse, and her compassionate approach offers both clarity and hope.

In this session, Cheryl will guide us through:

What narcissism really is and how it shows up in relationships or the workplace
How to recognize the signs of narcissistic behavior (interactive)
Practical tools and gentle strategies for protecting yourself and beginning the journey of healing
