The Candy Cane Park is famous for its state-of-the-art play structures in its all-ages play area with its candy- caned striped trees. One can enjoy a day trip in surrounding areas of Regina with family and kids. Regina beach is famous for enjoying and relaxing along with several other beach communities on the Last Mountain Lake. Fort Qu’Appelle has been a famous summer getaway. It has many shallow lakes, lined with rows of boat houses and cottages. Rouleau is a neighboring small town of Regina. It became famous after being used as a filming location. Rouleau, the town of Lumsden, Moose jaw are perfect for short day trips from Regina.
