A weekend of embodied recovery, community healing, and sacred education.

This training is designed for anyone passionate about healing, whether personally, professionally, or in support of others.
🕯️ You do not need to be a yoga teacher or in a 12-step program to attend.

🌱 Why This Training Matters
Addiction is not only about substances—it is about disconnection, inherited patterns, and nervous systems shaped by survival.
Y12SR offers a path back to the body, to community, and to the deeper truth of who we are.
