During our time together, we will move across uneven terrain, using hand tools and buckets to install native plants. Visit openspacetrust.org for more information.-Waivers/Registration: All volunteers attending the workday must be registered individually and have approved the online waiver through this Eventbrite page. Youth under 18 must have their legal guardian approve the waiver on their behalf. Volunteers age 12 and under require an accompanying adult.Meeting Space: We will meet at the far end of the parking lot behind Carl's Jr. that is at Veterans Blvd. and Main St. There are no public restrooms or water fountains at the restoration site, but there are several local businesses that are within walking distance from our meeting location. Please prepare accordingly.Alternate Transportation: The Jefferson Ave & Marshall St stop on SamTrans Route 270 is about a 6-minute walk (0.3 miles) from the meeting location.
