“Release & Increase”: A Centering Community Gathering to Benefit KMVFD.
Clear out, tune in, and power up for the new year with a grounded blend of guided meditation, sound bath, and embodied creative flow.

(For your comfort dress in layers, bring yoga mats/blankets, water bottles and eye masks.)
