Peninsula Sweat Your Prayers with Steffi Paepcke

This is a 5Rhythms®, dynamic, moving meditation class on the Peninsula of the San Francisco Bay Area. A practice for your body and soul. You will be guided by brilliant teachers in a safe space. Dancers of all experience levels are welcome.

Pay online (link coming soon) the night before OR at the door with Venmo/Zelle (preferred) or cash. We offer sliding scale fees $20-$30.
