Come to balance class to improve it!About this EventClass Description: We will be focussing on strength and flexibility to improve our balance. We will be either sitting in a chair or standing for our exercises. Even when you are standing, you will have a chair nearby to support you. You will not have to sit on the floor or go on hands and knees.What to wear: Comfy clothes. You can be barefoot or wear your shoes if that is what you normally do at home. Socks with a non-slip bottom are also fine, but regular socks are too slippery.How much does this cost? Donations are welcome and will benefit local community non-profits that support people in our community that need our help. All classes are donation-based.
