Don't Be Prey is an edge-of-your-seat adventure into one man's fight to reclaim his life by taking on extraordinarily challenging channel crossings fraught with danger, the Oceans Seven.

Following the screening, coach Tim Denyer, swimmer Mark Sowerby and cold water survival expert Prof. Mike Tipton MBE will host a live discussion to share insights from this decade-long journey.
