Yin Yoga & Sound Bath — A Two-Hour Immersive Experience  

Softening into Sound is an extended, immersive journey designed to gently guide you from stillness into deep rest.  

We begin in quiet — a few minutes to arrive, breathe, and settle. From there, you’ll be guided through a slow, floor-based yin yoga practice with long, supported holds to ease the body open and calm the nervous system. 
The steady rhythm of the practice invites you to soften layer by layer.  
As the session unfolds, sound begins to weave its way in. Subtle at first, then gradually expanding, resonant tones from gong and bowls merge with the final, longer holds. 

By the time you arrive in savasana, you are fully held — by the ground beneath you and the vibration around you.  The sound bath then deepens into an enveloping wash of tone and resonance, before gradually dissolving back into silence.  

This is not about doing more...It’s about allowing more.  Two hours to release tension, quiet the mind, and soften into something spacious and restorative.  

Suitable for all levels — no previous experience of yoga or sound work is needed.  Come as you are. Leave lighter.
