In 2003 she was attuned to Reiki Level 2, and in October 2020 she became a Reiki Master with the Academy of Energy Healing. She went on to receive further Master trainings in February 2023, and completed her Reiki Teacher Training in September 2023 with the Reiki Science Academy.Helen is a member of the UK Reiki Federation, and is an Accredited Reiki Practitioner with the CNHC.Using Reiki in her personal and professional life has been a profound experience, always reminding her to work in alignment with the Spirit of life, and continuing to remove any blocks to love that she may be holding in her being, to be as pure a conduit for healing energy, life force and divine love as possible.
