What to expect from Wild Remedy
This Winter Solstice Wild Remedy will offer a space for grounding meditation, reflection, movement and connection as we blur the boundaries between ourselves and the more-than-human world.
We will be sharing insight, knowledge and practical ways in which to deepen your relationship to nature, and begin to remedy the disconnection, isolation and overwhelm that can come with these winter months.
There will be opportunity for you to share your own nature-based practices, connection and experiences, as we support one another to ground and grow with nature.
